At Korrelate, we're a small, agile team driven by a shared passion for data and
innovation. Our collective experience in consulting for health technology organizations, research teams, and
regional health authorities has shaped our expertise. We have developed a Data Maturity Measure to help
organizations identify opportunities for leveraging and integrating data to drive informed decision-making.
While the potential of AI and data analytics is often pitched as revolutionary for
organizational efficiency, many
companies face uncertainty in where to start or how to navigate the unique organizational challenges. Our
measure was designed to address this need,
by providing a practical tool for organizations to assess their current state of data maturity and begin a
reflection on key
dimensions that enable value generation from data.
At Korrelate, we practice what we preach. We utilize data-driven strategies in our own
operations, including the development of this measure. Led by Dr. Kennedy's expertise in psychometric
measurement, we've integrated a feedback loop using Item Response Theory (IRT). This allows us to continuously
evaluate and refine the content, enhancing the precision and comprehensiveness of our assessment tool. (And no,
the questions aren't AI-generated)
This tool is free for public use. Please reach out if you have any questions or
want to learn more about how our tool can benefit your organization.
Welcome to our self-serve assessment tool, there are a total of 40 questions, all of which are used to generate a 'data maturity' profile as to how you see your organization. Once you are finished responding to all 40 questions, you will be shown a summary of your profile. After you have reviewed your organization's archetype and comparative data, navigate to the 'Archetypes' tab for more insights into how you can progress along each dimension of data maturity.
To receive a full breakdown of your profile with comparisons to similar sized organizations, you will have the option to be sent a more comprehensive report via email.
To explore insights across dimensions and types, users can select a dimension that aligns with their current focus—such as technology, governance, or data culture—then choose a type that best matches their organization's maturity level or characteristics within that dimension. By comparing and contrasting other types within the same or different dimensions, users can gain deeper insights into how they might evolve or adapt strategies to enhance their overall capabilities.
